Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns: Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
   
   

2. Conditions: Products that are damaged due to misuse or alterations cannot be accepted for return.

4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   
   

5. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned items. A restocking fee of 30% of the product value will be charged before a refund is processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
   
   

6. Exchanges:  Exchanges are available for defective items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
